FP&A Mastery

In 2024, I’m launching a new program to help Finance teams increase their impact by transforming their FP&A Operating System.That program is called FP&A MasteryWe’ll work together and leverage my step-by-step playbook to drive enterprise value and efficiency with your FP&A process. It’s the same playbook I’ve used to create $100M+ of value through organizational efficiency and value-added insights in some of the largest and fastest growing companies in the world.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

FP&A Diligence

The best CFOs and FP&A teams accurately identify their pain points and drive progress towards industry best practices.I'll work 1-on-1 with you (or your team) where we’ll conduct an FP&A Diligence to highlight your current pain points and compare them to industry best practices. This will become your step-by-step roadmap. We'll jump on a call to review your roadmap together and answer any questions you have.This step will include your reporting, analysis, forecasting, consulting, data/tools, and talent. We'll identify your pain points within each and develop a plan to close the gap to best practices.

FP&A Operating System

You’re unstoppable when you design the system that produces value on auto-pilot. Implementing your FP&A Operating System is all about getting clear on the most valuable tasks then working every day to live into your ideal state vision.Your FP&A Operating System consists of all the reports you produce, analysis you perform, forecasts you develop, and interactions with your business partners.We’ll work together to implement your step-by-step roadmap. For some, this looks like weekly check-in calls and/or private access to me. For others, this is simply access to my FP&A Mastery curriculum. You get to decide.

FP&A Training

Finally, you (or your team) can be added to the FP&A Lab community where I host best practice workshops and office hours every month. Stay in the community as long as you want - and continue strengthening your FP&A expertise.

Your investment starts with a 1-time payment of $1000 which includes The FP&A Diligence phase where we get clear on your vision, gaps to best practices, and your roadmap to achieve it.
Then your investment is $1000/month which gives you access to the on-demand video training, workshops, and office hours. Additional levels of access are available as desired.
The ROI of this program will be clear for you and your company. You’ll quickly elevate your team and yourself - your company will also have a more integrated world class FP&A process.
You can stay for as long as you want. Workshop themes will be posted monthly to help you make the decision if it’s worth your time to stay.

TIMELINE

Phase 1:
FP&A Diligence

As part of the FP&A Mastery program, you'll get crystal clear on three things in our FP&A Diligence phase:

The current pain points you want to solve
FP&A best practices and steps you need to take to implement them

I want you to have clarity and a plan to execute every day. I’ll work 1-on-1 with you to help you craft your Operating System so it's the right plan for you. This includes a 30 minute call with me to review your plan and answer any nuanced questions.Every finance team is different. The plan we'll develop during the Diligence phase will fit your specific needs.It’s $1000 to conduct your FP&A Diligence. After this point, you are free to execute the plan on your own, or continue to receive support in phases 2 and 3…

Phase 2:
FP&A Operating System

Once we set your vision and roadmap in the FP&A Diligence phase - you’ll implement your FP&A OS with support from me.Here’s what that looks like:

On-demand video training that gives you step-by-step instruction for building your Operating System - the training gives you a checklist of the exact process to implement and drive more efficiency and value.
Live workshop sessions where we’ll meet 2 times per month on Thursday to deep dive an FP&A Operating System best practice together.
Office Hours on Thursdays as an optional place to get help.
Community access to Brett and the other FP&A Mastery members. Ask whatever you’re struggling with and get a solution. Whether on our calls or via the community chat if that's easier for you.
Optional Workshops and Office Hours will be held for 60 minutes on Thursday mornings at 9am ET.

Additional support options are available - some opt for private chat access (additional $500/month) while others prefer weekly 1:1 calls with me (additional $1000/month). We’ll build a program that fits your needs.

Phase 3:
FP&A Training

Building the system is half the battle - keeping it fine-tuned is the other half. As the business evolves, so should your Operating System.You’ll have access to workshops, office hours, and the community for as long as you want to stay. Think of this as ongoing mentorship to keep your process optimized.
